Lilly Ferrick, CEO and Founder

Our company strengths lie in new business development and marketing strategies with core competencies in lead generation, managing long sales cycles, closing strategies, and negotiations.  Lilly has over six years of measured success selling marketing strategies and implementation to life science companies, and industrial design services to medical device companies.

Trained in two selling methodologies, she instinctually drives and leads people in decision making. With experience selling into the C-Suite, she has sold services to some of the largest global CROs, CMOs, and medical device companies.

Julya M. Mirro, Account Manager

Julya received bachelor degrees in Theatre and Sociology from Virginia Wesleyan College and a terminal degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Her work involves a variety of skills with a focus on process, systematizing, and operational efficacy.

Devin Davis, Assistant

Devin graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in English and Mass Communications.  As assistant, her job involves supporting the team administratively, client research, and writing/editing.
